This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and My Install Hub, a telematics installation service platform (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the App.
My Install Hub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on any compatible device owned or controlled by you, in accordance with this Agreement.
To access certain features of the App, you may need to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update this information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You may use the App for personal or business purposes to connect with vendors, installers, and fleet operators for telematics installations. Any other use, including unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of the App, is prohibited.
When using the App, you agree not to:
All intellectual property rights in the App, including its design, features, and content, are owned by My Install Hub. You agree not to claim ownership of any part of the App.
The App may integrate or provide access to third-party services. My Install Hub is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Your use of any third-party service is governed by the terms of that service.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information through the App are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
My Install Hub may update or modify the App at any time to improve functionality or address security concerns. These updates may be automatically installed on your device, and by using the App, you agree to receive such updates.
This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement by uninstalling the App. My Install Hub reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of this Agreement.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. My Install Hub does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. law, My Install Hub will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to this Agreement will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in [Your State], and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
My Install Hub reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted within the App, and your continued use of the App after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
